This beautiful, unique practice will help you fall in love with your body, connect to your beauty and radiance and open your heart. It will also make you feel more alive and connected to everything. All bodies, genders and levels of dance experience welcome. If you’re open to learning something new and are supportive of your other dancers, then we’d love to have you. Though there will be plenty for experienced dancers to receive, the techniques will be taught primarily for beginners to start.
